Weight loss?

When you think of losing something, you know that there is always the possibility that you will find what you lost.  So if we think of losing weight...in the back of our mind we also are thinking that we will find it again or it will find us.  Instead of weight loss then weight reduction might be a better "thought" to start the process.

Some questions you can ask yourself about your success with weight reduction are:

Am I jeopardizing my sucess with reduction because my portions are too big?

Am I jeopardizing my success with reduction because I'm not balancing my carbs/sugar and sodium intake?

Am I jeopardizing my success with reduction because I'm letting my emotions direct my eating habits?

Am I jeopardizing my success with reduction because I won't/don't get the exercise and movement into my daily routine?

Am I jeopardizing my success with reduction because I don't value myself enough to make this a priority?

Am I jeopardizing my success with reduction because there isn't enough real fear of disease or death that I'm motivated to stick to a plan?

You can be successful, you can take a step towards being proactive with your health and well being.

Figure out what your roadblock to success is and make a plan to change to process.  YOU ARE WORTH IT!
